Until now you had to settle for a… well, just an ordinary mailbox. Now with the help of one of our fantastic “Cedar Scenes” Mailboxes you can enhance the image of your home and bring an impressive and welcome addition to your landscape. With eight carefully hand picked designs to choose from, we are sure you will find one that will capture the desire of your heart.
Each scene has been meticulously designed to depict its individual character, for instance, the deer actually look like deer. The wolves are so intricately cut that you can even see their teeth as they howl at the moon. This is achieved by use of a laser cutter which reproduces the exact image every time.
Construction starts with a standard size Postal approved steel mailbox. The scene itself is anodized aluminum; all the wolves, deer, sailboats etc. and the white, green, blue & dark bronze backs are anodized aluminum, so they will never rust. The images are duplicated on both sides of the mailbox. The arched cedar hand-pull has a half inch finger groove routed for easy opening of the door.
Each part, from the highest grade western red cedar, to the arched cedar hand-pull, as well as the anodized aluminum scenes are all fastened and adhered to the steel mailbox with the strongest bonding agents on the market today to create a permanent bond that will last for decades.
